Boxing, also known as English Boxing, is a contact sport where two opponents take on each other on a ring using only punches aimed from the waist up.

- Boxing gloves: depending on your weight and intensity of training, there are different gloves based on ounce weight. We stock 10oz, 12oz, 14oz and 16oz gloves.
- Mouthguards: they are essential for sparring and actual matches, unless you plan on spending a lot of money on a dentist.
- Boxing boots: the majority of those who practice Boxing regularly end up acquiring boots, especially for competing, as the use of boots is compulsory for competition.
