Ya los he utilizado en un sparring y van de maravilla. Lo único es que hay que aprender a dosificar la respiración porque no te deja tener la boca abierta, justo por eso los compré, para evitar que un golpe me pille con la mandíbula abierta, cosa que ya me ha pasado un par de veces y duele mucho. Los recomiendo.
