Returns

Product Returns and Exchanges Information

* Extended Return Period: You have up to 30 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return a product.

* You may try on the product, but returns are only accepted if the product shows no odors, stains, or signs of use.

* The product must be returned with its original tags and packaging. If the bag is disposable and tears when opened, that is fine, but please place the product in a sealed plastic bag before returning it to avoid stickers being applied directly to the product.

* If the product is defective or if we sent you the wrong item, we will arrange everything at no cost to you: we will collect the product and, if in stock, send you a new one.

* Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of underwear (groin guards, compression shorts, briefs, etc.) are not accepted if they have been tried on without underwear.

   

How to return a product

    We will arrange the return through our courier service and deduct the cost of the return from the amount we refund for the product.

    The return shipping cost will be displayed before you complete the process.

    Alternatively, you can send the product by courier to our warehouse at this address: RoninWear, C/Potosí, 21, Málaga CP 29018 (Spain). Include a copy of the invoice or a note with the order number. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We do not refund shipping costs.

 

Product Exchange Information

    If you have any questions about the size or details of the product, please contact us before purchasing. We are here to help and have good knowledge of what we sell.

    If you need to make an exchange, simply:

    Return the product, following the process described in the previous section.

    Place a new order for the correct size or model. You will need to pay for the new order, but we will refund the cost of the returned product when we receive it.
