The Kontact Lycra/Gel Knee Pads from Venum effectively protect the knees against impacts thanks to the reinforced protective foam they have. They are very light, the approximate weight of each one is around 100 grams.
Made of neoprene, they have an anatomical design that wraps around the knee and provides a large padded surface that is ideal for ground work or BJJ training.
The back of the knee pads are perforated for breathability and the inside is made of plush for comfort and sweat absorption.
